About The Elevator Company
The Elevator Company is an independent business specialising in lift and escalator maintenance, repair, modernisation and installation.
We provide highly motivated and qualified engineers, our services are structured to cover the whole lifespan of your lift or escalator from installation to refurbishment, modernisation and repairs.
All our Lift Engineers have vast experience and knowledge of lift servicing and repairs for all makes, types and ages of machine, including passenger lifts, goods lifts and now have a New Stairlift Department. This enables us to keep your lift working safely and efficiently, taking away the problem of employees, residents, tenants becoming frustrated at the lack of lift service.

Kone OEM spares, Next day delivery, including V3f16ES, V3f16L, 16L KDL & all KSS Monospace spares. KNX Cards also stocked and all other manufacturer spares are available.
Our History
The Elevator Company was formed by Jamie Cassidy in 2008 having 12 years experience within the lift industry and at the time was one of KONE’s lead technicians.
Jamie saw that technical support was lacking throughout the lift industry at the time, so in 2008 with a credit card and bank loan decided to form The Elevator Company, to offer technical support to the lift industry.
With Jamie’s charm and reputation within the lift industry, as well as a good technical work force in support.
The Elevator Company was soon carrying out repairs and resolving issues for other lift companies on problematic lifts.
Within the first year The Elevator Company was being called on by some of the larger companies for technical support that included KONE, OTIS and Jacksons to name a few.
Before long Customers with lifts were also hearing about The Elevator Company and in January 2009 The Elevator Company had it’s first contract customer, which are still with The Elevator Company today.
